Strong team player with excellent communication skills , willing to work with people.

Very good computer skills- MS Office , e mails ,spreadsheets , databases,, apps and programs.

Fluent English , written & spoken .Ability to source materials & equipment.

Able to work on your own initiative and manage priorities.

Ability to take direction and give direction, to be able to work with external based staff on sites .

Organized , detail orientated, and proactive.

Minimum 5 years experience.

Tasks carried out :

Day to day office administration & support

Coordinate schedules, meetings and team admin tasks.

Handle data entry and reporting.

Support team projects as needed.
