We’re currently recruiting for a Director of Sales & Marketing on behalf of a well-established 4-star hotel in Co. Laois.

This is a senior leadership role suited to a commercially driven hotel professional with a strong background across both proactive sales and strategic marketing. The property has an established reputation in the market and is looking for someone who can further grow corporate, leisure, weddings, and events business while also strengthening the hotel’s overall brand presence.

The role will involve:

• Leading the hotel’s sales and marketing strategy
• Driving corporate, MICE, leisure, and wedding revenue
• Managing digital marketing activity, campaigns, and brand positioning
• Developing key account relationships locally and nationally
• Working closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team on overall commercial strategy
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and forecasting performance
• Leading and developing the sales team

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience as a DOSM or senior sales leader within the hotel sector
• Come from a strong 4-star or 5-star hotel background
• Be commercially focused with a proven track record in revenue growth
• Have experience across both traditional sales and digital marketing
• Be confident leading client relationships and representing the hotel externally
• Possess strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Salary: 90K basic plus bonus and pension
