Full job description

We are seeking seeking a Financial Services Administrator for a 6 month contract. True Financial Limited is a leading Financial Services Brokerage, providing solutions for clients Financial needs including Protection, Pensions, Savings & Investments, Mortgages, Personal Financial Planning and Business Financial Planning. We specialise in online, telephone and face to face consultations.

As a Financial Services Administrator you will be a key member of the Financial Services team, providing high standards of service to clients throughout the entire process with the company.

Responsibilities & Attributes

  • Managing new business applications in Life Assurance, Pension and Investments and ensuring these are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensuring effective communication with our Financial Services Advisors and Business Partners.
  • Communicating with clients over the phone and email, keeping them updated on the progress of their applications.
  • General financial services administration.
  • A professional and positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Adhering to Company and Central Bank duties and responsibilities
  • Proactively monitor and follow up on all new business pipelines with providers. Liaise with the sales team and clients to resolve outstanding requirements promptly.
  • File Checking

Requirements:

  • Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Be client and company focused.
  • Exceptional accuracy and organizational skills are crucial.
  • Have great attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
  • Be proficient in excel & word.
